Booking Policy

A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Your booking is only reserved once the deposit has been received.

If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit can either be refunded or used to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment and no-shows are non-refundable.

The remaining amount must be paid before or on the day of the appointment.

For The NÉLAYA Signature Experience, a deposit of €300 is required, as 4 hours are reserved exclusively for this appointment.
